Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. However, we highly encourage you to create an account as that will allow you to track your order at any time and also enhance your checkout experience, so you don’t have to fill out your information every-time.
 
How will I know that you have received my order?


We will send you a confirmation email once you have placed an order. Alternatively, you can also view it under my ‘My Orders’ on your account’s dashboard.

Can I Canel my order?

You can canel your order until you have not recieved a confirmation call/email from our customer care team.


What should I do if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?


Sometimes items may run out of stock or maybe discontinued, you may add that product to your wish list, and you’ll be notified once the item is back in stock.
